Introduction to the tool

Always sell more, with better profits! With this professional tool, you can conduct a very successful and profitable dropshipping operation.

How to use? 1.Install Extensions After successfully installing the extension, go to the Settings tab of the unit. Create an account and save that information in the extension as shown below:

The pop-up extension will include the following parameters: 

Shipping Company: View shipping company information related to the product you are interested in

Store Shipping Information: View shipping information and product delivery time

Shipping from: Show the country you want the product to be shipped from

Currency: Display the currency of the product

Hide items without this filter: Hide items if they are not eligible under the shipping company, Ships from

Flag imported items: Flag the products you have imported

Show delivery time: Show the delivery time of the product

You can import products in three ways:

Import each product: by clicking on the import button as shown below

Import the product in the Product Details screen as shown below

Bulk Import Product: Allows you to import all products

In the product details, you can search for similar products as shown below

If you want to check the detailed information of the product and product seller, please do as shown below

Settings

On the settings screen, there are 9 sub-settings that correspond to the features of the tool

.2.1 Accounts

On this settings screen there is a list of employee accounts that will have permission to import products from AliExpress into your store. Products from Ali Express. Once you have an account, go to AliExpress If you haven't created an account yet, create a new account here to be able to import to log in using our chrome extension.

2.2 Products

This setup screen allows you to set up the data of the AliExpress products that you want to import into the store.

 2.3Pricing rules

You can choose the default category, the default carrier for products imported from Ali Express

This setup screen allows you to set the selling price, product currency rate and tax. You can also set up pricing rules to earn commission on the sale of products

.2.4 Shipping 

-Settings related to shipping the product will be on this screen. You can choose your country and default carrier so the unit can automatically calculate shipping fees for you

Your order settings will be displayed here. These settings apply to auto-ordering on AliExpress

These are the settings for product reviews. You can set up display of product reviews in the store, set up whether to import reviews, and related settings.

.2.7 Synchronization

This screen shows settings related to the product sync feature. You can set the synchronization feature options to work according to your desires, such as updating the price, quantity, etc. - Note, in order for this feature to work, you must set up the cron job using the link shown on the screen. You should set up your cron job to run once every minute.

2.8 Notice

-If you would like to receive email notifications, set it up here. Enter your email and choose to turn on the notifications you want to receive.

.2.9 Translation

The tool supports Google Translate to translate your product data when importing from AliExpress. The module will translate information such as product name, description, and product SEO information. -To use this feature you must have a Google Translate key. To obtain a Google Translate key, please follow these steps:

https://console.cloud.google.com/: Open the link

 From the top bar, click the small arrow pointing down, then click the “New Project” button in the pop-up window that opens

Now enter your project name and click Create to create a new project

With the new translation project selected, go to the Settings menu on the left and click on “API and Services”.

From here you need to enable the Google Translate API by clicking on the “Enable APIs and Services” button in your control panel.

This will open the API library

You will have to search for “Cloud Translation API” in the search bar

Once selected, select it and click Run

Next go to “Credential Keys” tab in the sidebar. Click “Generate Credential Keys” at the top of the page, then choose “Epi Key” from the drop-down menu

Your IP key will now be generated automatically

3. Importing products

Products imported from Ali Express will appear here. -To import these products into the store, you have two ways to import each product or select the products to import and import those products at once

Hover over the product you want to import or edit and click the button like the image above

-At this time the product details screen will appear like the image above. You can customize the information before entering the product into the store. If you don't want to import the product after editing it, you can click Save Draft to save it so you can import it later

4. Execution of orders 

To place orders, go to the Orders tab. The requested Ali Express products will be listed on this screen:

Each block will be an order and within each order will contain Ali Express products. For each block, the tool supports the following actions:

Update Shipping Address: Allows you to change the order's shipping address and override the customer's phone number according to the settings

 Put all products in order

Update the note for the order you want to send to AliExpress sellers For each product in your order, you can take the following actions:

 -Execute the order with each product

Update product status including Ali Express order number, tracking code, status,...if you wish to change the product shipping unit before executing the order. You can update the shipping method field

Before executing the order, the tool supports you with two modes as follows: -Manual payment: The extension will execute the order automatically. After completing the steps, the extension will stop at the payment screen and wait for you to pay. After completing the payment, the extension will continue to update your AliExpress order ID for you => the product status will be updated to Processing

Submit the order to the Pending Payment List: The extension will automatically fulfill the order and redirect the order to the Pending Payment List (if you do not wish to pay at that time). => The order status will be updated to Unpaid

You can also sync bulk orders in your store with AliExpress

You can also perform bulk actions with your orders such as fulfilling orders and updating the tracking code

Using the Search Requests field, you can search by order ID, Ali Express order number, and product name

5. Manage product review

To fetch reviews when importing products, go to the Review Setup tab and select Yes as shown below

To view the review with product details in the front office, select Yes with review view

To manage your list of reviews, go to the Reviews tab

On this screen, you can add a new review for each product on AliExpress, delete the review, and edit it
