Unless otherwise stated, all services are subject to the Pro Dropship Platform warranty. Make sure to check the full service details before purchasing or subscribing so that the warranty terms are valid for you. If you see any technical problems or missing features other than what was mentioned in the package and service details, do not change anything or play with the general settings. Take a screenshot of the problem or missing feature in your store and submit a full report to us. Your problem will be solved immediately under the Pro Dropship platform’s warranty. The warranty does not cover changes to the service or store, deformation of the store, or deterioration of the original design of the store due to modifications made by the customer and causing damage to the general appearance, features and tools of the store. He will not benefit from the free Pro Dropship platform warranty. He will be forced to contact the platform administration in order to assess the damages and inform him of the amount he must pay in order to repair all the damages caused.

Do not worry, the Pro Dropship platform charges a small amount in exchange for fixing errors caused by customers, and there will be no exploitation of your problem by us. We advise you before taking any modification step to first be aware of what you are doing and look at the academy section if there is any topic that explains the step that you intend to take, so you will avoid making mistakes. Refund conditions

If the store you subscribed to through our platform is defective and does not meet the mentioned features and details, or does not meet your aspirations and needs, you must contact us from the online support section on our page within a maximum of 7 days from the date of delivery. After sending us all the necessary information and receiving your return confirmation, we will try to understand your problem and perhaps we can correct the defect or provide you with solutions to the problem. If you insist on not using our services, we regret that and hope that you will return to us again, and your money will be returned to the bank account that you provide us with within two working weeks. Maximum. If the defect in the service is caused by the customer's use or if the store is disabled within the 7-day period, no money will be returned. As conditions for returning funds, a request must be submitted in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.

Dropshipping subscription packages for products are not included in the return system. When you subscribe to the package, you are responsible for the products that you will receive via the XML link, and you are free to dispose of them and sell them as you wish in global and local markets and via Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
